1. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days from the time of order confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.
For pre-orders, custom-made or personalized items, processing may take longer; estimated processing time will be shown at checkout.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes (Estimated)
Standard Shipping (Domestic):
Processing: 1–3 business days
Transit (typical): Minimum 3 business days — Maximum 14 business days
Typical metro delivery: 3–7 business days
Non-metro / remote areas: 7–14 business days
Expedited / Express Shipping:
Processing: 1 business day (if order placed before cutoff)
Transit (typical): Minimum 1 business day — Maximum 4 business days
Availability and rates will be shown at checkout.
International Shipping (if applicable):
Processing times and delivery windows vary by destination and customs clearance. Typical international transit: 7–21 business days. Customs and duties (if any) are the recipient’s responsibility.
3. Shipping Cost
Shipping charges depend on order value, weight, chosen shipping method and destination pin code. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
4. Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email with tracking details. Use the tracking link to view the latest status.
5. Failed Delivery & Returns to Sender
If delivery fails due to incorrect address or receiver unavailability, carrier will attempt delivery per their policy. If the parcel is returned to us:
We will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Re-shipment may incur additional charges.

6. Lost or Damaged in Transit
If you suspect your order is lost or item arrived damaged, contact divineshakthiindia@gmail.com
within 48 hours of expected delivery with order number and photos (for damage). We will coordinate with the carrier to resolve the issue.
7. Shipping Address Changes
Changes to shipping address after an order is placed may not be possible if the order is already processed/shipped. Contact support immediately; we'll attempt to help but cannot guarantee changes.
8. Delivery Exceptions
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, natural disasters, lockdowns, or carrier delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
