Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by Customer
Before dispatch: You may cancel an order any time before it has been dispatched. If cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3 business days of our confirmation of cancellation.
After dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. You may return the product after delivery subject to our Returns policy below.
2. Returns — Change of Mind
Eligibility: Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery provided:
The product is unused, unopened (where applicable), in original condition and packaging, with all tags and accessories.
Change-of-mind returns are not available for sealed consumables, perishable items, or custom/personalized products.
Return Shipping Costs: For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless we explicitly provide a prepaid return label.
Refund Timeline: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds will be initiated within 3 business days and will be reflected in your account depending on the payment method (see section “Refund Processing Times”).
3. Returns — Defective, Damaged or Wrong Item
Eligibility: If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or not the item you ordered, notify us within 48 hours of delivery at divineshakthiindia@gmail.com with photos and order details.
Resolution: We will, at our discretion:
Arrange a replacement with expedited shipping at no cost, or
Accept return and issue a full refund (including original shipping charges, where applicable).
Return Shipping: For defective/damaged/wrong items, we will provide a prepaid return label or arrange pickup.
4. Refund Processing Times (after we approve and receive return)
Refunds will be initiated within 3 business days of our acceptance of the return.
Time to reflect in your account after initiation:
Credit/Debit cards: 7–14 business days (bank-dependent)
Net banking / Bank transfer: 5–10 business days
UPI/Wallets/Instant methods: 1–7 business days (varies by provider)
Cash on Delivery refunds: Refund via bank transfer or UPI within 7–10 business days after verification.
5. Partial Refunds
If a product is returned missing parts, damaged by the customer, or shows signs of use not covered by policy, we may issue a partial refund after inspection.
6. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are treated as a return + new order. If stock is available, we will arrange exchange shipments — return shipping charges apply as per the above rules unless the exchange is due to our error.
7. Refund Exceptions
Final sale items, clearance, downloadable digital goods, and personalized/custom items are non-returnable unless defective.

Provide order number, item(s) to return, reason, and photos (if damaged/defective).
